Shipping Policy

TRACKING INFORMATION:
A USPS Tracking Number is sent with every order via email to the email address associated with your order. 

USPS system will occasionally update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait till the nextbusiness day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.

If the package still does not arrive, please contact your local USPS post office. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. USPS is used to these situations and will generally provide helpful information.

If the package still does not show up, please call USPS @ (800) 275-8777 to file a claim or go to https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm to report the incident in order to receive a case number so that they can look into the matter further.

Unfortunately, Art By Rosas cannot be held responsible for lost packages. We are unable to reimburse or re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by USPS or package theft!

PROCESSING

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed.  Orders are processed in chronological order as they are received.

DELIVERY

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered after your order has been shipped.
